PAD is old news. They are powerless and ineffective.

Why we need still kick them?

The problem now is the red/UDD led government that is hell-bent on retribution and vengence.

Why aren't they in jail instead of in Parliament?

Well at least one of the red stalwarts - Arisaman, is finally in jail.

Thai justice system works. The court was correct and proper in not allowing him bail. He did break the laws many times. Even though the reds are in power; they still must follow he 'rule of law'. Not make their own laws just because they have the majority.

Well done to the court judges!!

I do agree that this is a very old and now irrelevant topic considering the excesses in the name of delusional democracy as ranted by the red/udd. PAD's blockade of government house and parliament as well as their 4 day sit-in at Suwannaphumi airport were more Ahimsa and non-violent and rather peaceful and calmer than what we saw from the thaksin supporters. Let's consider their voilent excesses and escalation to their learning curve:

1. Criminal trespass, hoolaganism, arson, rioting, destruction of private property, and intent to cause bodily harm to government leaders in Pattya.
2. Criminal trespass, destruction of private property, hoolaganism, arson, planting of gas truck bombs, murder, rioting, and intent to cause and causing of bodily harm to government officials in first rampage in Bangkok.
3. Criminal trespass, destruction of private property, hoolaganism, arson, murder of government official, looting, rioting, intent to cause bodily harm to government officials in their months old rampage throughout Bangkok last year.

All this in the name of democracy? I think not.

It was all for thaksin.

This main topic is old and irrelevant.

The harm to democracy by thaksin and his puppet government led by his 'parrot' sister is the topic of relevance today.
