Majorty of Thai population can't afford expensive private school never mind international ones which help young kids to expose to foreign language and some other cultures so they can compete and won't be left behind other countries.Take a look at catholic schools in Thailand ,be it run by French; English;Dutch missionnaries, their second language(english) still not usuable. Why is that? The parents pay handsome tuition to these school as well. Thailand doesn't consist with 1% of this population.Government should make money available to subsidize these private&public schools. Corrupt less, steal less the country still can manage better education
