W we craze fashion and Men Intrend multi-brand fashion stores are introducing the latest spring/summer 2013 collection showcasing men and women's apparel, swimwear and also accessories.

A fashion extravaganza entitled "W+M Blame It On Summer 2013: The Vacation _ Fashion Journal of 6 Lifestyle @ 6 Destinations" was held recently in the Fashion Hall of Paragon department store to introduce the S/S 2013 collection, inspired by the search for new travel destinations.

The event saw professional models strutting on the catwalk showcasing the latest summer apparel and accessories from 200 top designer brands including House of Holland, Tibi, House of Flora by Contemp Salon, F Fashion, Playboy, Von Dutch and Project 1.1 by Greyhound.

Six key looks were also portrayed by six stylish celebrities _ Cris Horwang, Krissada Pornverojn, Pattree Bhakdibutr, Kamolsut Dabbaransi, Disaya Koragotchamas and Iirah Wimonchailerk. Their styles reflect six different wardrobe ensembles and their dream vacation spots this summer _ Maldives, Phuket, Florence, New York, Berlin and South Africa.

"This annual event is one of Bangkok's biggest summer fashion presentations in which celebrities and fashionistas came to update the spring/summer trends," said Voralak Tulaphorn, senior vice-president of merchandising for W we craze fashion and Men Intrend of The Mall Group. "All of these fashion guides can be incorporated into real-life outfits for the season."

Cris represents an ultra chic, playful look, inspired by Maldives. Her style includes a splash of vibrant colours incorporated into beachwear and accessories, such as summery and fun dresses matched with hip sunglasses. Her style also collaborates sexy hot pants and colourful tops to go along with her lively personality.

The charming Krissada portrays a posh but casual look influenced by the heart-warming feeling of Phuket. His wardrobe consisted of a range of very masculine-style pieces that stress white, navy and khaki tones. His looks feature cool leather jackets and wide-brim fedora hats.

Pattree, the gorgeous and chic designer, represents the elegant flair of Florence. Her look is sophisticated and feminine and features fine-cut dresses of softer, earth-tone colours like olive green, blue, and brown. The romantic looks feature floral printed dresses and whimsical chiffon pastel tops representing Florence, the city of love.

The dapper Kamolsut, who always sports a friendly smile, reflects New York with a smart business look. His style embodies the sense of coolness and urbanity like well-tailored suits paired with aviator shades. He represents a well-groomed man from head to toe, wearing sharp suits with quality cutting and fashionable pocket squares.

With Berlin in mind, Disaya, the fashion-forward editor of a street style magazine, emphasises a particularly edgy, sassy look to freshen up the summer season. Her look includes a fun combination of colours and shapes, such as chromatic maxi dresses, 70s-inspired high-waist flared pants, and hippie head scarfs.

Heart-throb Iirah, known for his individualistic sense of style, is ideal to reflect the adventurist South Africa. His look highlights a laid back yet hip style, with as plaid shirts, denim bottoms, and round-brim sunglasses. Having wanderlust himself, Iirah's style combines an adventurous look with a modern twist.
